Set three independent zones with the thermostat controls to stage eggs, proteins, and breads simultaneously. With 108,000 BTU of gas heat, you can move from delicate items to high-heat sears while keeping ticket times on pace.
Control splatter and grease flow with 4" splash guards on the back and ends, a 3-1/2" front grease trough, and a large removable grease drawer that streamlines cleanup. The stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs support daily sanitation and durable, commercial-duty use.
