The 30" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate handles breakfast rushes, burger builds, and sauté work with consistent, even heat.
Cast iron grates (sloped or flat) with iron radiants deliver reliable grill marks and heat recovery, while a stainless steel wire mesh radiant in the cheesemelter speeds finishing. A stainless steel exterior and three-sided splash guards support clean, efficient stations and fast turnarounds. Four manual controls and 100,000 BTU of gas power let cooks stage zones and pace production across dayparts.
