Two 24,000 BTU star burners deliver responsive heat under cast iron cooktop grates, while the 18" x 21" x 3/4" griddle plate promotes even contact for eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers. The adjacent 18" x 21" charbroiler uses lava rock with cast iron bottom grates to distribute heat and elevate presentation with defined grill marks.
Six manual controls let you manage each zone independently to pace orders and reduce bottlenecks. A stainless steel exterior and 4" legs simplify cleanup and support daily service. Totaling 124,000 BTU, this compact workstation powers breakfast rushes, lunch lines, and catering builds.
