Grill on a 30" x 21" charbroiler featuring durable cast iron grates that can be set sloped or flat, supported by lava rock with cast iron bottom grates for steady heat. On the griddle side, an 18" x 21" x 3/4" thick plate retains heat for consistent searing and browning. A thermostatic griddle control and four manual charbroiler controls let operators dial in the right response for each menu item.
Built for commercial duty, the stainless steel exterior and three-sided stainless steel splash guards help contain mess and simplify cleanup. Set it on the included 4" stainless steel legs and keep tickets moving—from steaks and chicken on the charbroiler to breakfast items, burgers, or sautéed vegetables on the griddle.
