A 24" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate pairs with a lava rock charbroiler featuring cast iron grates that can be set sloped or flat for drainage or presentation marks. Four manual controls let you allocate heat where it’s needed, supporting breakfast rushes, lunch grill work, and dinner fire-ups without slowing the line.
Stainless steel splash guards on three sides and a stainless exterior simplify cleanup and hold up to daily use. With 4-inch stainless steel legs and a compact 48" x 28" footprint, this unit integrates neatly on existing counters while delivering the throughput chefs and operators expect.
