The Comstock-Castle FHP48-24 hotplate/griddle combination consolidates line cooking on a compact, 48" wide by 28" deep countertop footprint. This gas unit pairs four 24,000 BTU burners with a 24" x 21" x 3/4" griddle plate to keep breakfast, lunch, and dinner moving.
Sear burgers or pancakes on the griddle while you sauté, boil, and finish sauces over the cast iron grates. Six manual controls enable independent adjustments so chefs can manage multiple orders and cooking tasks simultaneously.
The stainless steel exterior withstands daily service, and 4" stainless steel legs position the unit securely on the line. With 136,000 total BTU and NSF and ETL listings, this station supports efficient, compliant operation in busy restaurants, cafés, and institutional kitchens.
