Two thermostatic griddle controls and two manual charbroiler controls give you the responsiveness needed for mixed-load cooking.
The 3/4" thick griddle plate retains heat for consistent browning, while cast iron grates with iron radiants deliver uniform searing and classic char marks. Configure the grates sloped or flat to suit menu requirements. A stainless steel exterior and three-sided splash guards stand up to daily abuse and help contain splatter.
Set on 4" stainless steel legs, this gas unit concentrates 90,000 BTU into a compact 48" W x 28" D footprint, ideal for busy cooklines and chef's counters.
