This compact footprint helps chefs streamline production while maintaining consistent results across multiple cooking methods. Use it to consolidate stations and keep your menu moving during peak periods.
Grill proteins on the 24" x 21" charbroiler with cast iron grates and iron radiants, then sear or cook delicate items on the 24" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate. Slide pans or plates onto the 18" x 18" pull-out cheesemelter rack to finish melts, gratins, and toast tops under a stainless steel wire mesh radiant. This tri-zone layout supports efficient firing sequences for burgers, steaks, vegetables, and hot sandwiches.
A stainless steel exterior stands up to heavy commercial use, while three manual controls and 80,000 BTU provide straightforward, dependable operation.
