The Comstock-Castle FHP48-2RB-24B is a countertop, gas charbroiler/griddle/overfired cheesemelter that consolidates three stations into one 48" wide footprint to streamline the line. Its 28" depth and 15" high frame help maximize hood space and boost throughput during peak periods.
Leverage a 24" x 21" cooktop broil area with cast iron grates and iron radiants to produce consistent sear marks and dependable recovery. Work a 24" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle for eggs, smash burgers, or pancakes across dayparts. Slide the 18" x 18" pull-out rack to overfire cheese, toast buns, or finish gratins using the stainless steel wire mesh radiant.
Three manual controls let operators stage the broiler, griddle, and cheesemelter for simultaneous cooking and finishing. The stainless steel exterior simplifies cleanup and withstands daily use, while 80,000 BTU supports busy service without sacrificing consistency.
