The 18" x 21" charbroiler area features cast iron grates that can be set sloped or flat over a lava rock bed to promote even heat coverage—ideal for steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables.
On the griddle side, a 30" x 21" x 3/4" thick plate delivers ample surface for breakfast items, searing proteins, or batch cooking. Six manual controls let chefs balance output and manage cooking tasks side by side to speed tickets during peak periods.
A stainless steel exterior, three-sided stainless splash guards, and 4" stainless legs support durability and fast cleanup, service after service.
