Its 48" wide x 28" deep frame delivers two productive cooking zones in a compact footprint. Grill and sear proteins while you handle eggs, pancakes, or vegetables on the griddle to streamline tickets and keep the pass moving.
The 18" x 21" charbroiler area uses cast iron grates (sloped or flat) over iron radiants to promote steady heat and distinct sear marks. Fire steaks, burgers, chicken, or skewers on the broiler without tying up the griddle.
A 30" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate provides ample surface for breakfast service, batch searing, or à la minute items. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides help contain grease and debris, and 4" stainless steel legs raise the unit for easier cleanup. With six manual controls and 112,000 BTU, operators can tune zones to demand across the rush.
