The Comstock-Castle FHP48-36B unites hotplate, griddle, and cheesemelter functions in a single countertop gas solution, streamlining busy cooklines. Two 24,000 BTU cast iron star-pattern burners with 12" x 12" grates handle sautéing and boiling, while the 36" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate executes high-output searing, smash burgers, and breakfast work.
A 30" x 18" pull-out cheesemelter rack, paired with a stainless steel wire mesh radiant, finishes melts, toasts sandwiches, and browns gratins right on the line. Four manual controls let chefs pace multiple tickets, supporting efficient batching and à la minute finishing.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and a 48" wide by 28" deep by 15" high frame, this countertop unit integrates cleanly into existing stations.
