A 48" wide by 21" deep, 3/4" thick plate gives chefs ample room to sear proteins, toast buns, and finish breakfast items side by side. Four thermostat controls let operators assign dedicated zones to manage multiple tickets at once without slowing service.
An integrated 3-1/2" front grease trough and large removable drawer expedite cleanup between rushes, helping maintain momentum on the line. A 4" splash guard on the back and ends contains splatter for a cleaner workspace and better presentation at the pass.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs, this unit stands up to daily commercial use. With 80,000 BTU of gas-fired performance, foodservice teams can batch-cook consistently while keeping workflows organized and responsive.
