The Comstock-Castle FHP60-24-2RB gas countertop hotplate/griddle/charbroiler combination streamlines multi-zone cooking on a single 60-inch platform. Two 24,000 BTU star-pattern burners, a 24" x 21" griddle, and a 24" x 21" charbroiler let you boil, sear, and grill at the same time. Well-suited for lines that shift from breakfast to dinner, it supports efficient ticket flow in compact footprints.
A stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs provide a stable, professional setup. Iron radiants and cast iron charbroiler grates support high-heat broiling. The 3/4" thick griddle plate helps maintain consistent surface temperatures for batch work.
Six manual controls give chefs independent command over each zone to balance workloads during rushes. With a total input of 138,000 BTU, the unit responds quickly across burners, griddle, and charbroiler. Use it to sear steaks on the charbroiler while pancakes finish on the griddle and sauces simmer on the hotplates.
