The 60-inch-wide, 28-inch-deep countertop unit streamlines workflow by letting crews boil, sear, and grill in one footprint. Gas-fired performance supports busy restaurants and high-volume production.
Two 24,000 BTU cast iron star-pattern hotplate burners deliver even pan coverage for stocks, sauces, or saute. A 24" x 21" griddle with a 3/4" thick plate holds heat from breakfast to burgers. The 24" x 21" charbroiler uses cast iron grates and lava rock over cast iron bottom grates to impart appetizing grill marks.
Operators gain precise control via four manual controls and two griddle thermostat controls to dial in zones as tickets surge. A stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs suit tough back-of-house environments. NSF and ETL listings support professional kitchen standards.
