Work faster with dedicated controls: four manual knobs for the hotplate and charbroiler, plus two thermostats that regulate the 3/4" thick griddle plate for consistent results. Cast iron charbroiler grates and iron radiants deliver dependable sear and heat distribution for steaks, chicken, and vegetables.
