The Comstock-Castle FHP60-30-1.5RB gas countertop combination unit streamlines busy cooklines by uniting hotplate, griddle, and charbroiler in a 60" W x 28" D frame. Two 24,000 BTU cast iron star-pattern burners handle stockpots, sautés, and reductions. A 30" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle and an 18" x 21" charbroiler expand your menu from breakfast to dinner on a single footprint.
Drive service speed with eight manual controls that let chefs set independent zones for eggs, smash burgers, seared steaks, or roasted vegetables. Angle iron radiants and cast iron charbroiler grates support reliable broiling performance, while the thick griddle plate maintains temperature between orders.
