With 115,000 BTU of total input, it delivers responsive, dependable heat across both cooking surfaces.
Finish breakfast orders on the 36" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate, then transition to lunch and dinner by searing proteins on the 24" x 21" charbroiler. Cast iron grates—used sloped or flat—team with iron radiants to produce consistent heat and attractive sear marks.
