Drive consistent results service after service with a 3/4" thick griddle plate, cast iron charbroiler grates, and iron radiants. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides help contain flare-ups and splatter, while the stainless exterior and 4" legs support fast wipe-downs between rushes.
