Its 72-inch-wide, 28-inch-deep frame pairs a 36" griddle with a 36" charbroiler so teams can sear proteins while finishing eggs, pancakes, or vegetables without breaking workflow. This side-by-side layout helps chefs consolidate stations and move tickets faster during rush periods.
A 3/4" thick griddle plate retains heat for consistent browning, while the charbroiler’s cast iron grates and iron radiants deliver robust searing performance. Choose sloped or flat grate positioning to optimize fat runoff or grill marks, and dial in output with six manual controls. With 135,000 BTU of total heat, the unit is engineered to keep pace on a busy line.
Stainless steel splash guards on three sides and a durable stainless exterior stand up to daily use and simplify cleanup.
