Drive output with two 24,000 BTU cast iron star-pattern hotplate burners, a 42 inch by 21 inch griddle plate at 3/4 inch thick, and an 18 inch by 21 inch charbroiler area. Lava rock over cast iron grates delivers even heat and appetizing sear on steaks, burgers, and skewers. With a total 196,000 BTU and ten manual controls, you can fine-tune heat across stations to match ticket flow.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel exterior and 3-side splash guards withstand constant use and speed wipe-downs between turns.
