The Comstock-Castle FHP72-42-1.5RB hotplate/charbroiler/griddle combination maximizes output on a compact 72" x 28" countertop frame. With two 24,000 BTU cast iron star-pattern hotplate burners, a 42" x 21" x 3/4" griddle, and an 18" x 21" charbroiler, it streamlines multi-zone cooking for busy service.
Stage sauces, sear proteins, and finish steaks simultaneously to accelerate ticket times on demanding cooklines. Ten manual controls let chefs fine-tune each zone, while cast iron grates with sloped or flat setup and iron radiant deliver consistent broiling. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides help keep adjacent stations clean.
