Unify three cooking stations in one 72" x 28" countertop footprint with the Comstock-Castle FHP72-42T-1.5RB. This gas hotplate/charbroiler/griddle combination equips busy lines to sear, simmer, and grill at once. Ideal for diners, cafeterias, and multi-concept kitchens that need speed and consistency.
Two 24,000 BTU cast iron star-pattern hotplate burners handle stock pots, saute pans, and retherm tasks with responsive flame control. A 42" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate supports high-volume batches of eggs, pancakes, burgers, or vegetables with steady heat. The 18" x 21" broil area with cast iron grates and an iron radiant delivers defined grill marks and dependable heat transfer.
Operators dial in results via three thermostatic griddle controls plus two manual charbroiler controls and two manual burner controls. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides and a durable stainless exterior help contain mess and simplify end-of-shift wipe-downs. Mounted on 4" stainless steel legs, this NSF- and ETL-listed unit streamlines workflows across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
