Power high-volume service with the Comstock-Castle FHP72-72 countertop gas griddle. Its 72" W x 21" D, 3/4" thick plate provides ample space for staging multiple tickets at once. Sear burgers, toast buns, and flip pancakes without shuffling pans.
Drive throughput with six manual controls and 120,000 BTU heat to fine-tune cooking across the surface. A 4" splash guard on the back and sides helps contain splatter and protect adjacent stations. The 3-1/2" wide front grease trough and large removable grease drawer speed cleanup and keep the line moving.
