Each 40,000 BTU round open burner sits beneath a rugged cast iron grate to support stock pots, skillets, and sauté pans with steady heat. The 18" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate delivers a durable surface for breakfast items, smashed burgers, or quick sears.
Streamline workflow by simmering sauces on the burners while the griddle handles proteins, vegetables, or breads. The large 31-1/2" wide oven, lined with porcelain and aluminized materials, is well-suited for baking, roasting, and holding to keep tickets moving during peak periods.
