The Comstock-Castle FSU3430 gas step-up range streamlines high-volume cooking with eight high-output burners and a wide, lined oven. At 48 inches wide on a 31-inch-deep frame, it concentrates power and capacity without expanding your footprint. Sear proteins at the front while sauces and sides finish on the elevated back burners to keep tickets moving.
Star burners rated 24,000 BTU each work with 12" x 12" cast iron grates to support stock pots and sauté pans securely. The step-up layout improves sightlines and pan access for chefs moving across stations, reducing reach and cross-traffic during peak service.
A 31-1/2" oven with enamel and aluminized lining simplifies cleanup and handles baking, roasting, or finishing trays with a rack that offers three positions.
