Dial in temperatures with two snap-action thermostats and a reliable standing pilot, then stage separate batches to protect flavor profiles. Separate stainless steel fry tanks help organize workflows—fry chicken in one pot while finishing fries or seafood in the other. Coated-handle baskets enhance grip and operator comfort during peak service.
Built for durability, the fry tanks, door, flue, and sides are stainless steel to withstand daily cleaning and heavy use.
