Keep workflow clean with a 4" splash guard on the back and ends that contains splatter. A 3" wide front grease trough feeds a removable grease drawer, helping crews clear fats and crumbs between rushes. The stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs stand up to daily use and simplify wipe-downs.
