Its dual-surface design—half smooth and half grooved—lets you mark proteins while finishing delicate items on the flat side for efficient ticket flow.
Boost throughput with four thermostat controls that create independent zones, backed by a total of 120,000 BTU for steady heat and quick recovery. Stage breakfast on one zone while searing burgers, chicken, or vegetables on another to keep service moving during peak periods.
Maintain a cleaner station with a 4" splash guard on the back and ends, a 3" wide front grease trough, and a removable grease drawer. The stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs provide durability and a stable countertop installation for high-volume operations.
