The Comstock-Castle HG48T-1-FG countertop gas griddle streamlines high-volume cooking lines with a broad 48-inch platform. Its fully grooved, highly polished steel plate measures 48" x 22.5" and is 1" thick to create defined sear marks and channel fats away from food.
Four thermostat controls establish independent heat zones, enabling you to sear proteins, grill vegetables, and finish delicate items at once. A 120,000 BTU output supplies the power needed for fast recovery between batches.
A 4" splash guard on the back and ends, a 3" front grease trough, and a removable grease drawer accelerate cleanup and keep stations organized. The stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs stand up to daily service while fitting a 48" W x 30" D counter footprint.
