Command production with five thermostat controls that create distinct zones across the plate, backed by 150,000 BTU for ample heat on demand. Stage pancakes and eggs on the smooth side while marking burgers, chicken, or vegetables on the grooved half to elevate presentation. A 4" rear-and-end splash guard, 3" wide front grease trough, and removable grease drawer streamline cleanup between tickets.
Built for demanding operations, the stainless steel exterior and sturdy 4" stainless steel legs stand up to daily service. At 60" W x 30" D overall, this griddle integrates cleanly on a cookline in diners, cafeterias, and production kitchens.
