Sear proteins, toast buns, and execute delicate items on the polished surface that helps with clean releases and attractive presentation. Keep eggs on a lower zone while you fire burgers on higher heat, or hold finished items without overcooking. This flexibility supports consistent quality through peak periods for chefs and operators.
Streamline cleanup with a 3" wide front grease trough feeding a removable grease drawer, while 4" splash guards on the back and ends contain splatter.
