The Comstock-Castle HG60T-1-FG countertop gas griddle powers busy cooklines with a 60" x 22.5" fully grooved, highly polished steel plate on a 60" x 30" frame. A 1" thick plate and 150,000 BTU output provide the muscle to sear proteins and showcase appetizing grill marks across a wide cooking surface.
Five thermostat controls create independent zones, letting chefs sear steaks, finish vegetables, and toast buns at the same time. Grooves channel runoff toward a 3" wide front grease trough for efficient handling during peak periods.
A 4" splash guard on the back and ends helps contain splatter, while the removable grease drawer speeds cleanup between turns. The stainless steel exterior and 4" legs support demanding daily use and keep the line organized.
