An electronic control with a bright digital display and hi-low alarm makes at-a-glance monitoring simple.
Half-height solid doors minimize cold air loss during frequent openings while speeding access to smaller pans and boxes. Cylinder locks add security for valuable proteins or prep items, and the self-contained refrigeration system installs quickly with minimal disruption to your operation.
