A self-contained, one-section system streamlines installation and keeps service simple.
Work faster with half-height solid doors that reduce cold loss during frequent access, while cylinder locks help secure valuable inventory between shifts. An electronic control with digital display and hi-low alarm lets staff check status at a glance. Dial in product-specific holding with settings that can operate as low as -10°F for ice cream, proteins, and long-term storage.
Built for the rigors of foodservice, it features a stainless steel front and aluminum interior and ends for durability and easy cleanup. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon, an expansion valve, and an electric condensate evaporator. Certified cETLus and NSF, and made in the USA.
