Consolidate refrigerated and frozen storage with the Continental 1RFENHD extra-wide reach-in. This one-section, over/under dual temp design packs both sections into a 28-1/2 inch footprint suited to cooklines, prep areas, and healthcare nourishment rooms. Use the upper refrigerator for daily mise en place and the lower freezer for backups or batch-prepped items.
Built for busy service, it features a stainless steel front with an aluminum interior and ends. LED lighting brightens the cabinet, and four epoxy-coated steel shelves provide organized holding for pans, trays, and boxes. Self-contained refrigeration with an electric condensate evaporator keeps operation centralized.
Electronic controls with a digital display make set points and status easy to check, while a hi-low alarm helps staff respond to temperature swings. Two half-height, solid, self-closing doors support frequent access without opening the entire section. Certified cETLus and NSF for commercial kitchen use.
