Streamline cold storage with the Continental 2RFNHD, a two-section, dual temp reach-in that consolidates chilled and frozen holding in one 52-inch, standard-depth footprint. Purpose-built for busy lines and back-of-house corridors, it helps chefs and facility managers organize product loads without sacrificing aisle space.
Stage prep items on one side while maintaining frozen proteins on the other, then access only what you need using four half-height, self-closing solid doors that limit temperature loss between pulls. Cylinder locks secure inventory after hours, while LED lighting and six epoxy-coated steel shelves make it easy to see and arrange pans, cartons, and deli tubs.
Monitor conditions at a glance with an electronic control and digital display backed by a hi-low alarm. The freezer section can be adjusted to operate as low as -10°F, and the self-contained system with electric condensate evaporator simplifies installation and upkeep. Durable stainless steel front with aluminum interior and ends supports years of daily service.
