Maintain precise temperatures using the electronic control with digital display, plus a hi-low alarm that alerts staff to swings. The self-contained 1/3 HP refrigeration system employs R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is ENERGY STAR certified to support efficiency goals. An electric condensate evaporator simplifies condensate handling.
Cylinder locks secure inventory after hours. Use it to stage prep-line produce and proteins, hold grab-and-go beverages, or present packaged desserts without interrupting workflow. The glass half-door design speeds frequent access during rush periods while preserving product visibility.
