A self-contained system with a 1/2 HP compressor and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers dependable performance. Staff can set and verify temperatures at a glance using the electronic control with digital display, while the hi/low alarm alerts teams to out-of-range conditions. Full-height solid doors and cylinder locks help safeguard inventory throughout busy shifts.
Built with a stainless steel front and an aluminum interior and ends, this unit balances durability with easy-clean surfaces. Deploy it on the tray line, in catering and banquets, or between cold prep and finishing stations to keep production moving efficiently.
