Maintain product integrity with an electronic controller featuring a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm for quick, at-a-glance verification. Inside, stainless steel back and side panels and a reinforced stainless steel floor handle daily loading, and epoxy coated steel shelves provide durable storage. Pass-thru access helps bartenders and barbacks work from both sides to speed service.
