Built for demanding operations, this unit features a stainless steel top, stainless interior back and side panels, and a reinforced stainless steel floor. An electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm helps staff monitor holding conditions at a glance. The black enamel exterior and epoxy coated steel shelves stand up to daily use.
Secure inventory with four locking doors, and restock from either side without disrupting guests. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/4 HP compressor to simplify placement and service.
