Sliding glass doors showcase bottled beer, canned cocktails, and mixers to speed selection and service. An electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm helps staff verify holding conditions quickly during rush periods.
Stainless steel interior back & side panels and a reinforced stainless steel floor are built for daily loading and wipe-downs. Epoxy coated steel shelves keep inventory organized, while R290 refrigeration and a 1/4 HP system deliver dependable cold holding for bar programs and service wells.
