Half-height solid doors reduce open-time exposure and help retain cold during frequent access.
Engineered for daily durability, this unit features an aluminum exterior and interior with a stainless steel front and sturdy 6" stainless steel legs. An electronic control with digital display and hi-low alarm makes temperature checks quick and visible, while cylinder locks secure product between shifts. The self-contained system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor for reliable performance.
Use it to stage proteins, desserts, or banqueting pans where you need them—between prep and expo, or back-of-house and front-of-house.
