At just 28-1/2 inches wide with a standard-depth cabinet, it fits tight cooklines and corridors while delivering a full one-section footprint. Position it between prep and the hot line to stage pans on one side and pull from the other without breaking stride.
Wide full-height solid doors speed access, and the aluminum interior/exterior with a stainless steel front stands up to daily cleaning. Electronic controls with a digital display make setpoints simple to adjust, and a hi-low temperature alarm prompts action before product is at risk. Cylinder locks help secure inventory during off-hours.
A self-contained 1/4 HP system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant simplifies installation and service. ENERGY STAR® certification supports energy goals without compromising workflow. Sturdy 6-inch stainless steel legs raise the cabinet for quick floor maintenance and smooth traffic around the unit.
