Streamline checks with electronic controls and a digital display that present status at a glance, while a hi-low alarm notifies staff of changes. A full-height solid door helps preserve cabinet conditions, and the cylinder lock secures product after hours. 6" stainless steel legs raise the cabinet for thorough floor cleaning and easy service access.
The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/4 HP for reliable performance without remote lines.
