Optimize workflow with electronic control and an easy-to-read digital display, while the hi-low alarm helps staff monitor temperature limits throughout the day. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs simplify leveling and make cleaning beneath the unit more efficient.
Engineered for durability, it features an aluminum interior and exterior with a stainless steel front to withstand daily use. A cylinder lock adds secure, after-hours protection, and the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/3 HP refrigeration balances reliability and responsiveness for busy prep stations, back-of-house storage, or front-of-house visibility.
