At 27 inches wide, this one-section unit keeps chilled ingredients and a 12-inch cutting board within easy reach to accelerate assembly during peak periods. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain a clear workspace.
Stage up to eight 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on top while two drawers below hold one 12 x 20 x 6 pan each (supplied by others), ideal for backup proteins, greens, or dressings. Electronic controls with a digital display let staff verify temperatures at a glance, and a hi-low alarm aids product protection.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, the D27N8-D withstands daily cleaning and heavy service. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator with R290 refrigerant supports reliable operation, and 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward.
