Keep ingredients cold and production flowing with the Continental D27N8-FB sandwich / salad prep table. This 27-inch, front-breathing Designer Line unit stages (8) 1/6-size pans beneath a 12-inch cutting board so crews can assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads without breaking stride.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 and a 1/5 HP compressor maintains reliable temperatures, while an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator handles condensate management. Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm help managers verify performance at a glance.
Built for the line, the stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior withstand heavy service and clean quickly. A field-rehingeable door and 3-3/4 inch casters support layout changes, cleaning, and service access.
