The Continental D27N8C-D Designer Line sandwich prep table streamlines make-line service in compact kitchens. At just 27 inches wide with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration, it fits tight footprints while keeping ingredients at the ready. The one-section layout supports focused, high-turn stations.
Stage eight 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans under a 19-inch cutting board to prep sandwiches, salads, or mise en place with ease. Two refrigerated drawers each accept a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others), ideal for bulk back-up, proteins, or high-use items. Staff can reload without interrupting the workflow at the top rail.
Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior withstand daily use and clean quickly.
