Streamline make-line flow with the Continental D27N8C-FB-D, a compact 27-inch sandwich prep table engineered for tight cooklines. The front-breathing, one-section design stages eight 1/6-size pans at arm’s reach beneath a 19-inch cutting board to speed assembly during rushes.
Maximize backup storage with two refrigerated drawers, each accommodating a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for proteins, toppings, or prepped mise. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low temperature alarm help you monitor product integrity throughout service.
Built for daily duty, this stainless steel unit rides on 3-3/4" casters for easy cleaning and layout changes. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator delivers efficient performance for delis, cafés, ghost kitchens, and institutional lines.
